Our client in Livingston is seeking an administrator to join their team. The role is full time hours Monday to Friday and duties will includeTake all service related calls, including breakdowns and deal with them efficiently ensuring customer has minimal downtime.To manage workshop staff daily diaries and workflowTo manage all third party repairers ensuring client receives the best service at the best priceOrder of all parts and ancillary equipment for the business through correct processLog all parts and ancillary equipment correctly on the systemRecord all information onto main systemsPrepare all invoices for customers for any damageEstablish close working relationships with the relevant members of the other divisions within the group.Competences:-To possess a good level of technical knowledge in relation to LCV specifications and applicationsTo possess excellent administration skillsTo understand profit and loss sheetsGood skills in negotiating and building relationshipsTo be able to work under pressure and be committed to meeting deadlinesSelf motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively
