This is a great opportunity to manage the Direct Delivery Team who are made up of a large number Commercial Trainers. They are experienced in delivering high quality training solutions across a wide range of sectors within a range of work-based settings. The team deliver apprenticeships, distance learning, bespoke training options, and many others. Our focus is to offer training which supports and develop a broad range of learning opportunities which meet employer requirements to develop their business. Learners build skills and knowledge which support them in employment and progression to higher qualifications. This is a tight knit team who work well together and with colleagues to consistently review and develop our provision. The team are professional and passionate about working with employers and learners to support employment and growth within our locality.

You will manage and drive high quality work-based learning provision within the college and drive the college to excellence; and develop a wide range of learning opportunities in response to local employer’s requirements. You must have a Level 5 Management qualification or equivalent level of industry experience. You must also have IQA Level 4 or equivalent (D34/V1), Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/9-4) or equivalent and proven experience of managing teams. Recent experience of working with employers and a track record of IQA across a range of qualifications and levels up to level 4 is also essential for this role.
