What’s the Job?
We’re looking for a Workbased Assessor to join the Commercial Training, Development and Delivery Team on a 14-hour permanent contract.
This is a growing and developing team who deliver SVQ’s and Modern Apprenticeships to the Adult Health and Social Care sector.
This post can be delivered fully at home, with occasional visits to Campus’s for training and face to face events/meetings.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a workbased Assessor with a background in Adult Health & Social Care
You will be qualified and experienced in the Adult Health and Social Care Sector.
To succeed in the role, you will have some or all of the following:
- You will be educated to SCQF Level 7 or above and have relevant skills and experience in Adult Health & Social Care
- You will be a professional in your field
- You will be up to date with current working practices and have industry experience within the Sector while also be capable of working within the team and working unsupervised.
- You will have good communication skills, be enthusiastic and creative offering us professionalism in all that you do.

If you’re successful in securing the role, your employment will be conditional on the college receiving two satisfactory references and background checks.
We also require all members of staff to either already be or be willing to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme, which is managed and delivered by Disclosure Scotland.
