Wireless Network Engineer – (Remote)
Opening with our Global Tech client for a Network Engineer to join their team. This will be a 3 month contract to begin with and work will be 100% remote but you must be based in the UK.
The client is looking for a network engineer with operational experience. You will be providing implementation and tier 4 support expertise. Test and document system behaviour, performance, and security. Implement and troubleshoot local and wide area network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, switches, gateways, DNS servers, DHCP servers, clustering solutions, and related hardware, software, and services.
MINIMIUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Cisco router and switches (5+ years)
2. Wireless troubleshooting (5+ years)
3. AGILE methodology experience

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements:
1. Cisco DNA Centre (2+ years)
2. Cisco vManage (2+ years)
3. Meraki (2+ years)
4. Umbrella (2+ years)
5. AnyConnect (2+ years)
6. Thousand Eyes (1+ years)
7. Service Now for incident, problem and change management (1+ years)
8. ITIL familiarity
9. Python scripting for basic automation

All backgrounds are considered, however the client will have a preference if you have worked for a large organisation or within a complex environment.
