We’re looking for a waiter with additional responsibility for wine to join our front of house team at Hawksmoor Spitalfields.

To be considered, you’ll ideally have at least a year of experience in a busy, high profile restaurant and have an extensive knowledge of and passion for wine, ideally backed up by a WSET or equivalent qualification. Alongside everyday service duties, you will support our wine manager in building a wine culture for the team and in providing amazing wine experiences for our customers.
