New Position, Manager Caviste Spirits Room, Newlyns Farm, Hook, Hampshire RG29 1HA

New Retail Space alongside successful Wine & Spirits Shop which will become a specialised Spirits Room - both shop and direct sales to local, national and international customers
Caviste is a Hampshire based wine merchant with shops near Hook and in Overton, Hampshire
To provide a retail showroom and bureau for Whiskies, Cognacs, Armagnacs, Rum, Craft Gin, Grappa, Fine Madeiras and Vintage Port and related products
Opening in early September 2021 operating as both retailer and trader with support from the Caviste Wine Team at Newlyns Farm
Website (probably a parallel website to the Caviste Wine website) / email / newsletters
Access to the office space above the shop so that the manager can have peace and quiet during times of non-retail sales focus
Ability to also sell fine wine to spirit customers
Core opening times will be Monday to Saturday – but this has to be flexible while we establish best and most efficient trading patterns. There are existing staff who can run the shop while Spirits Manager is on leave or weekend.

Would suit ambitious self starter with proven experience in Wine & Spirits Industry showing a deep love and knowledge of Whisky, Cognac, Armagnac, Rum and Craft Gin
