The team at Bath Narrowboats are looking for someone who would like to work at our Sydney Wharf site in the centre of Bath next to the canal.
This job is a manual job and outdoors.
It would involve working between three - four days a week probably Monday, Thursday , Friday & Saturday.
You would be helping our handling of our boat fleet and bike fleet. You would be talking to customers, helping them with their luggage, welcoming them to their boats and with training explaining some of the points on how to operate a boat. You would not be expected to do any mechanical work but would be filling them with water, operating our pumpout system, changing gas bottles, following and checking an inventory, washing the outside of boats, removing linen from returning boats, keeping the wharf clean and tidy etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
