of Well-Being Lead & Parent Support Adviser for this popular

and successful primary school.

A key feature of the post is flexibility and a willingness to work

as part of a multi-disciplined team under the direction of

the Headteacher.

You Will Be Required To
  • Work in partnership and offer non-judgemental support
to Families;
  • To work with children on social interaction skills, risky
and emotional behaviour, and to support and promote

engagement;
  • Act as a positive role model for young people and their
families/ parents/carers, pupils, school staff and other

agencies;
  • Promote emotional wellbeing via planned intervention
with young people and their parents/carers

You will be confident in the delivery of the needs required of

the school, with the ability to work as part of a team, alone

using your own initiative, having a professional approachable
