    40 hours per week -working Day shifts on a rota basis, to include some weekends

    £8.94 per hour

    We have an exciting new opportunity at our soon to open Scholars MewsCare Home, located in Stratford-upon-Avon. As the Well-being and Activity Coordinator your role would involve the provision of a high quality programme of activities and events, including the use of a range of well-being initiatives to encourage residents to maintain and develop their optimal potential for independent living and enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.

    Reporting to the Home Manager, your main responsibilities would include:
    • Maintaining a varied and balanced programme of activities and events to enhance resident well-being
    • Maximising resident participation in the programme
    • Developing positive connections with local community links and services
    • Seeking opportunities to expand and improve the programme
    • Promoting the programme to residents and the local community
    • Meeting needs of specific individuals or resident groups
    • Keeping the management team informed on a weekly basis
