40 hours per week -working Day shifts on a rota basis, to include some weekends
£8.94 per hour

We have an exciting new opportunity at our soon to open Scholars MewsCare Home, located in Stratford-upon-Avon. As the Well-being and Activity Coordinator your role would involve the provision of a high quality programme of activities and events, including the use of a range of well-being initiatives to encourage residents to maintain and develop their optimal potential for independent living and enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.
Reporting to the Home Manager, your main responsibilities would include:
- Maintaining a varied and balanced programme of activities and events to enhance resident well-being
- Maximising resident participation in the programme
- Developing positive connections with local community links and services
- Seeking opportunities to expand and improve the programme
- Promoting the programme to residents and the local community
- Meeting needs of specific individuals or resident groups
- Keeping the management team informed on a weekly basis
- 5.6 weeks annual holiday per annum (including public holidays), pro rata
- Career development pathways and formal training opportunities
- Free uniform
