Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated TIG / MIG Welder Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker to join their expanding team of production operatives in Congleton.
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company in the performance automotive exhaust sector. They have a substantial client base, both locally and nationally and a number of high-profile key customers in the automotive industry including involvement in motorsport.
The Role
As TIG / MIG Welder Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker, you will be welding our client’s stainless steel exhausts to the highest standards. You’ll need to have a professional approach to work, possess the drive and energy to contribute to a flexible and hardworking team who take a pride in their work, and contribute to the overall performance of the Company and the factory environment.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of TIG / MIG Welder Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker will be:
  • Experienced in TIG / MIG welding, Jig work, fabrication or sheet metal working
  • Able to produce work of a very high standard within given time constraints
  • Hardworking with a good attendance and timekeeping record
  • Open to new ideas and make a positive contribution to the team
  • Experienced in small bore pipe welding and stainless steel fabrication would be advantageous
    • Hours & Rewards
    For the role of TIG / MIG Welder Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker you will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and you will receive a salary of between £10.50 and £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).
