Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for some flexible weekend work?

You will be working in a care home that caters for the needs of up to 23 elderly service users living with age-related illnesses.

This role involves:
– Keeping residents company as they go about their days, and ensuring that they receive exemplary personal care
– Following personalised care plans
– Assisting the residents with their mobility, including the use of hoists and slings
– Helping the home to run smoothly by undertaking any domestic tasks or paperwork to the highest standard
– Generally being a friendly face!

Working Hours: We have a variety of shift available over the weekend such as: 07:45 to 14:00 13:45 to 20:00 07:45 to 20:00 19:45 to 08:00

Experience & Qualifications

For this role, you must have;
– A minimum of 3 months experience within a residential care home
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
– A passion to make a difference
– Due to the location of the role, access to own transport is preferable

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
