Position:

We are seeking a talented Website Developer who shares our values and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll be a key player in enhancing our online presence by optimizing our websites for improved conversion rates. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to build and test challenger landing pages weekly, analyzing their impact on website performance and ensuring our visitors have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance websites using Wix, WordPress, and other platforms, focusing on usability and conversion optimization.

• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to drive improvements in website performance and user engagement.

• Create and deploy challenger landing pages regularly, conducting A/B tests to analyze the effectiveness of changes.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand goals and objectives for each website project.

• Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements.

• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, responsive, and user-friendly.

• Assist in the creation of new websites as our business expands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 2 in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing Wix, WordPress, and graphic design skills.

• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.

• Experience with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a close-knit team environment.

Pay: £29,465.00-£35,450.00 per year
