T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Website and Online Sales Administrator to join our Client on a permanent basis located in Swadlincote.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are market Leaders within their industry.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the growth and online presence of the business, working alongside other members of the department you will positively and effectively promote the business across the website.

You will need to have a high level of attention to detail to ensure the website is the best it can be with a focus on accuracy and usability.

Website and Online Sales Administrator Job Details and Benefits;

  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  • £21,762 per annum

Role & Responsibilities of Website and Online Sales Administrator include;

  • Updating the website and product information knowledge bases
  • A keen eye to spot and suggest performance enhancing opportunities
  • Utilising analytics tools to monitor website performance
  • Any other reasonable tasks as directed
  • Answering enquiries through our live chat service
  • Assist in processing online orders
Person Specification of a Website and online Sales Administrator include;

  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Highly computer literate, competent in Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and great customer service
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Punctual
Computer literacy in Word and Excel are required as well as having excellent English skills both verbal and written.
