We are a very fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in building profitable digital content sites for our clients.

Niche Website Builders is a really exciting place to be right now. We’re getting a lot of industry recognition and there is a new face every week. We’re currently of 60 strong after 15 months in business.

We’re looking for a Web Content Administrator to enable the delivery of our services and products to clients on time and to a high quality.

We’re looking for someone with awesome organisational and communication skills with a passion for following and streamlining processes.

The Web Content Administrator is responsible for content formatting, publishing, and maintenance across multiple client’s websites in adherence with company guidelines and business objectives.

Role Accountabilities

  • Manage content across several web properties using WordPress
  • Publish, format and maintain content for all our clients
  • Modify websites and using basic HTML/CSS to make minor edits as required
  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple small as well as larger digital projects.
  • Plan the project timelines, assign responsibilities and manage processes.
  • Work closely with the management team to organised priorities and track, manage and report project statuses.
  • Ensure the product meets the quality standards and acceptance criteria before it is delivered to our client

Experience, Skills & Qualifications required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex directions
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Confident working with WordPress with the ability to make minor html/css layout changes.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

While we are currently on lockdown you will work from home 100%, but once lockdown is lifted, you will work mostly from home with the expectation of attending the office (mostly likely Cardiff) once a month if you live locally. Candidates that live further away are also considered and the requirement to attend Cardiff will be much less frequent, if at all.
