WBL Trainer - Facilities Management

Full Time(37 hours) - Permanent

Salary 5-PO2: £24,585- £39,986 per annum


You will design, coordinate and deliver all elements of Bridgend College Facilities Management programmes including accredited standards and qualifications, work-based assessments, and commercial bespoke contracts. You will deliver inspirational training and identify and actively seek opportunities to work with new employers to secure the continued growth of Bridgend College’s Facilities Management programmes.


Educated to a degree level or equivalent Leadership and Management qualification. You will hold an IWFM Facilities Management qualification or be willing to work towards this qualification. Also, you will have a level 3 TAQA Assessor qualification or level 4 IQA qualification, and in addition a teaching qualification is desirable. With the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population and you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
