Job Description
The role of Warehouse Team Manager (Friday-Monday Shift) in Stoke-on-Trent will involve:
- The day-to-day management of the warehouse team.
- Facilitating the efficient and productive running of the operation.
- Working to and ensuring the team meet KPIs.
- Maintaining staff communication, motivation and engagement.
- Health and Safety.
- Staff training.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Warehouse Team Manager (Friday-Monday Shift) will have:
- The ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Previous experience managing teams in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- An understanding of Health and Safety.
- The confidence to ensure team excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
- Good IT skills.
