Warehouse Team Leader (Coleshill)~ Straight to Permanent ~ Immediate Start
Location: Coleshill, West MidlandsRotating ShiftsShift 1) 06:00 - 15:00Shift 2) 11:00 - 20:00Pay rates:Starting Salary of £27,000 moving to £28,000 after probation period. (Three Month Period)Job role:- Oversee and ensure completion of general daily duties
Ensure deliveries are unloaded within given time scales and checked against purchase orders, reporting any errors to the parties concernedOrganise and process customer orders, including to customer specific requirements and ensure timely despatch of stockCheck orders after picking for accuracy advising warehouse staff of any errors in order to minimise future discrepanciesLoading and unloading of imports and exportsEnsure accuracy when loading vehicles, maintaining safe load standardsEnsure specific customer order requirements are met and checked prior to despatchLoad and unload vehicles in a safe manner using manual handling or fork lift equipmentAssist with picking, packing, goods in and goods out processing when requiredAssisting with stock investigations and customer stock takesEnsure warehouse projects are completed and meet the required standardsEnsure the customer receives a first class service in all operational duties carried outDemonstrate a keen eye whilst working under pressure.Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are metUnlocking or locking the premises dependent on shiftOverall objectives will be further developed in line with theShift pattern:- Monday to Friday

Counterbalance & VNA licence desirable but not essential.2 Years experience in a warehousing environment.Must have excellent communication skillsMust work well with others and as an individualExperince in pallet network and groupage operations.High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.Experience of working with warehouse management systems,DON’T DELAY!
