You will need to be able to demonstrate skills in the following:

• Behavioral Health, Safety and Wellbeing Leadership
• Led diverse high-performing teams with demonstrable success in employee engagement
• Customer focused actively engaging with appropriate stakeholders to exceed expectations
• Challenging the status quo and providing innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Familiar with workflow management and the use of technology
• Ensuring teams achieve performance and quality standards in a high-volume distribution environment
• Conduct valuable 1:2:1s to provide two-way feedback, encourage growth, build competence, and develop our talent: both specialists and people managers.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality, Service and Cost
• Data-led decision-making to improve performance and drive change
• Handling formal procedures such as investigations, reliability, or disciplinary hearings
