Whilst we are looking for an established supervisor with manufacturing / warehouse sector experience, the personality fit is probably just as important, if not more. Yes you will have experience in inventory management, goods in/out and line feeding but we’re looking for someone that can keep their team motivated, enthusiastic and organized. It’s a role for an individual who can implement change, improve processes, put new systems in place and get the best out of an established team on the shop floor.
