Our Client requires an experienced Repair Centre Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example a team of Repair Technicians to ensure well-being, and adherence to Company policy, process and procedure acting as a Champion
- Development and implementation of a single, holistic development and operational plan for the Workshop operation, to dovetail with the wider company operation
- Coordinated and efficiently allocation of tasks to the Workshop team to maximise output
- To ensure that the team meets, as a minimum, the Company targets, goals and other success criteria as communicated by the M.D. through leadership and motivation, acting as a coach and/or mentor as needed
- Reporting on the above to provide trend analysis and training needs analysis for use in the Company Development and Training programme
- To ensure the performance, attendance and behaviour of the Workshop team in accordance with Company policy
- To ensure the various systems used within the operation remain effective and up to date liaising directly with suppliers and the management team
- Ensuring that the Company remains compliant with all data protection legislation through appropriate action and decision making
- Fulfilment of ad hoc, but reasonable, requests from supervisors, management or clients
Effective and efficient leadership of the Workshop ensuring that reports have goals and communicate the expectations (success criteria).
Act as a coach and/or mentor to peers and report as needed
Process data from client and customer web portals
Key Accountabilities:
Leading a team of up to 10 direct reports in terms of:-
- Attendance
- Behaviours
- Wellbeing
Measurement Indicators (success criteria)
- Team meets success criteria as a minimum
- Absence through sickness is monitored and actioned in line with Company policy
- Through demonstrated behaviour, the team shows continual improvement in Behavioural-based assessment
Warehouse:
o To convey accurate and timely information to the warehouse team to ensure that the correct product is delivered to the correct address at the correct time Accounts and administration.
o To convey accurate and timely information to the accounts and administration team in relation to financial settlements, stock orders, supplier accounts, supplier deliveries etc.
o To ensure the effective operational relationship between all internal parties/departments so as to maximise efficient execution of duties/tasks
- Accounts and administration.

- Reporting of Service Failures
