Are you an Inventory professional, looking to join a dynamic and growing logistics company in the UK? We are soon to open a new site for one of our internationally recognised customers, this is a busy 24/7 operation and we require people with fantastic experience to add to our team.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £20,522 per annum, and you will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 19:00- 07:00. In addition, You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks including ongoing learning with the XPO University.


What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • You will maintain stock accuracy to the highest level
  • Actively conduct cycle counts and ensure schedules are updated and adhered to
  • Strive to offer the best continuous improvement on the site, sharing knowledge and learning with your colleagues

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, outlook etc)
  • Natural problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Some flexibility around shift patterns and working hours
  • Previous Inventory experience
  • FLT Licence would be of benefit for this role
