We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives to join us at our site in Crick. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy warehouse facility, moving pallets, using MHE such as forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles. You’ll be working 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive salary of £23,462. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Operate MHE in a safe manner
• Loading and loading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
• There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Ideally a FLT licence
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
