Adecco are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives. You will have an exciting opportunity to work for the largest UK energy and home services provider. This role will be based in Leicester.

Candidates must be able to lift 20-25kg and own their own steel cap boots.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required for this role:

  • Safe storage and packaging of products

  • Loading and unloading goods.

  • Logging materials into the internal database.

  • Data entry skills

  • Working to standards in key areas such health & safety, performance and deadline targets

  • Following standard operating procedures, policies and ways of working

  • Completing all operations in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet key production targets

You Must Have:

  • A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills

  • A ’can do’ attitude who enjoys variety in the working day with the ability to maintain levels of focus for the repetitive aspects of the role

  • An eye for detail to spot any potential issues and the confidence to take the necessary actions to resolve and follow up or to escalate to the right person

  • The ability to work to defined standards and processes

  • Great communication skills with the ability to work well with others providing help and support to seasonal colleagues who join the team at our busiest production times

  • A flexible and adaptable mind set in order to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements

Bonuses

  • £250 signing bonus (paid after completion of 1st week if no lateness/absence) - if you leave before 12 weeks is up, the £250 will be deducted from your final pay

  • £250 attendance bonus paid after 6 weeks, if 100% attendance is completed
