Support Operative/full time warehouse cleaning operative required to assist 3Way teams to provide its continuously high levels of service to the Sheppey Distribution Centre, due to an increase in work load we are now looking to employee more staff members.

Successful individuals must enjoy the meeting and working within a team and assist the Manager to provide the best cleaning standards for our customer.

Responsibilities working in the warehouse area will Include:
  • Moving products when required.
  • Cleaning within a fully operating environment daily
  • Removing waste plastic and cardboard daily and separating the waste and plastic when needed.
  • Use of cleaning machinery
  • General cleaning such as mopping, hoovering, dusting etc

Working responsibilities varies depending on the department worked which include:
Ambient Department
Chiller Department
Welfare Department
Yard Department

This vacancy allows the Distribution Centre to operate in a clean and safe environment and operate to full efficiency in a busy environment.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Working Times:
  • 6am to 2pm
  • 11am to 7pm
  • Cover – optional

Working Rota’s Available:
  • 5 days on 3 days off
  • 4 days on 4 days off
  • 4 days on 2 days off

Overtime readily available, if the warehouse selection period over runs past 1pm our team remain on site to ensure the warehouse is clean and safe ready for the next selection period.

Must have:
  • Excellent people skills
  • Able to work as a team and use own initiative
  • Reliable and time efficient
  • Own transport preferred but not essential
