Immediate Starts for Warehouse Operatives in Gateshead!

This is an ongoing temporary position, working a 3-shift pattern - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

The hourly rate is initially National Minimum Wage, but increases after 12 weeks of employment, including an increased overtime rate.

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking production operatives, to join a market leading food manufacturer based on Team Valley, Gateshead. This is a fantastic opportunity which can offer flexibility around any lifestyle as there is a range of shifts available. If you are able to work within a fast-paced environment and looking for production work, we’d love to hear from you!

THE ROLE

Packing products on a fast paced production line.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with quality and health and safety standards.
Working on different shift patterns.
Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to complete training in different sections of the factory, learning how to operate machinery.

Role Requirements

Experience of working in a fast paced factory environment is advantageous but not essential.
Suitable candidates will have a good eye for detail and be able to work quickly.
A good attitude and approach to work is essential.
Candidates will ideally be able to work on any shift, however, a certain degree of flexibility can be provided.
