Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative? Do you have experience working within a manufacturing company, using ERP systems? If so, this Warehouse Operative role is perfect for you!

This Warehouse Operative position is working for an Electrical Manufacturer in Farlington. The position is offering working hours of Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, with an early finish of 3:30pm on a Friday. The role is also paying up to £24,000 depending on experience.

For this position, you MUST hold a Full UK Driving License. The company will also complete a DBS check, and will require referencing of up to 3 years.

This Warehouse Operative position has a range of responsibilities and duties that the successful candidate will be expected to carry out. The successful candidate will be required to pick orders from the pick lists that are generated. They will also need to pack goods for customers. The successful candidate will also be required to put away stock and other goods to keep the warehouse clean, they will also need to carry out inventory checks, undertake ad hoc warehouse duties, and work towards meeting the targets and objectives set out. Updating and using the ERP systems is also a part of this role.

It is also a point to note that this is a physically demanding role, including being on your feet for long periods and durations of heavy lifting.

You will need:

  • Experience working within a warehouse environment
  • Experience with systems such as ERP or SAP
  • Able to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A Counterbalance Forklift License would be desirable
