Urgently Require Warehouse Operative -Electrical Equipment Duties:- Manage the warehouse and all its contents and ensure the management of equipment flows allowing it to be easily found and ready to use at all times.
  • Ensure all equipment is in the Rental Tracks system.
  • Work with Electrical Technical Managers and prepare equipment for projects, using the Rental Tracks system.
  • Ensure all equipment is logged out of Rental Tracks and a delivery note is printed to be taken onsite.
  • Check all equipment back into the warehouse, through Rental Tracks.
  • Load and deliver equipment using TTD vehicles and supervise external vehicles when being used.
  • Ensure all equipment is checked and tested for projects before being dispatched.
  • Carry out regular maintenance, repair and testing as briefed by the Electrical Technical Managers or Jerry Singleton.
  • Carry out yearly stock take.
    • Warehouse and miscellaneous Duties:- Ensure the warehouse is in tidy state at all times, to avoid any safety hazardous.
  • Abide by all health and safety procedures and warnings at all times while working in the warehouse.
  • Carry out all online training of the Rental Track system and ensure you become fluent with its functions. (Liaising with the Rental Track Champions - J Jones and Chantal Jacobs).
  • Ensure all vehicles and lifting equipment (forklift, pallet lifter) are in good working order, cleaned, serviced and MOT when required.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to your role on an ad hoc basis as and when requested
