Requirements of the role:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of warehouse and fulfilment operations during the night shift (10 pm – 6 am).
  • Review all operations documents and procedures to identify and implement continuous development to maximise efficiency.
  • Work with the Logistics team to ensure the pick and dispatch process is accurate, on time, while identifying ways to optimise speed.
  • Work with the relevant teams to track and manage inbound deliveries efficiently.
  • Take initiative in identifying ways to maximise capacity and save costs while meeting KPIs.
  • Be the contact person for operational responsibilities for the Logistics team.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are always complied with.
  • Effectively manage teams; conducting regular 1-2-1s, annual reviews and appraisals. Creating tailored development plans and providing constructive feedback to elevate and improve performance.

  • Proven success in managing a fulfilment centre.

  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight schedules.
  • A problem-solver, ensuring efficiency and improvement across all functions and operations.
  • Have a positive “can-do” attitude, with energy and drive to handle agile and flexible work demands
  • A people person
