Are you looking for a step up in your career or a new challenge as a Warehouse Manager?! This could be the ideal role for you. This position is working for a local and highly successful business in Slough.

This role will require you to work really closely with the operations Manager to make sure the warehouse is running smoothly and all issues are ironed out.

This role will require you leading a team to success so you must feel comfortable leading by example and working extremely hard to motivate your team.

You must have previous physical stock management/warehouse experience to be considered for this role. It would be an advantage if you have worked at a senior level previously!

Duties Include
  • Delegating roles to staff members, ensuring you motivate and develop your team
  • Making sure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Check all forklifts are running correctly
  • Organise stock takes and reporting
  • Make sure warehouse system is up to date
  • Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Coordinating goods in
