About Our Client
My client is a continuously growing 3PL business with multiple sites, and they are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join to head up one of their fastest growing contracts.
Job Description
- Manage and Lead Team Leads and their respective teams with 50 people in total
- Oversee the running of warehouse and it’s processes and procedures
- Provide Support to supervisors
- Produce and supply regular reports regarding the activities of the warehouse
- Responsibility to for the H&S, security and equipment within the location
- Recruit, train, lead and motivate team
- Support and monitor KPI’s and ensure they are achieved.
- Lead investigations, incidents and complaints within your department
The Successful Applicant
- People Management of a similar team size (50 people)
- Training and developing their team
- Proven operational experience, pallets is beneficial
- Full autonomy across the whole operation
- Confident in delivering training, and seeing it through from design to completion
