Supporting the Warehouse & Projects Manager, you will ensure controls for operational and cost efficiency are in place to execute accurate inventory holding/movement and best in class service to our customers. Working as part of a small team, you will take on projects to drive cost effectiveness and better service.


You’ll succeed because…

…you’re passionate about customer service and know how to manage complex supply chains. You have:

  • previous supply services experience, preferably within a warehouse environment
  • experience of 3rd party logisitcs management, preferably within a similarly complex organisation environment
  • a strong analytics ability with advanced working knowledge of Excel
  • most importantly, you have a can-do attitude, eager to reach ambitious targets and driven to continuously improve!

  • book to bok stock reconciliation between WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Reckitt internal system
  • weekly/monthly warehouse invoice validation and freight logistics invoice validation
  • OTIF (on time in full) tracking daily and root cause analysis of service impact
  • coordinating with factories, 3rd party supplier and hauliers on DDN challenges
  • trend and root cause analysis of Inbound logistics performance
  • challenging the ’status quo’ within the 3PL and internal business and monitoring best practice in all logistics processes and communication, ultimately driving to deliver ’best in class’
