Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

Bingley

£11.25 per hour

Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) (Apply online only) & (Apply online only)

Please Note: You will be required to work (Apply online only) until 18th March due to training purposes

PLEASE NOTE: You must have a Counter Balance & Reach Truck License

About the Client:

Our Client is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high quality branded and own label paper pads and notebooks, filing and divider items, post and packaging and art and activity products.

About the role:

We require experienced Operatives with a Counterbalance and Reach license to join the team to effectively and efficiently operate within the Warehouse

Key Accountabilities:

  • Pick and pack outbound sales orders OTIF.
  • Pick internal orders for the production facility.
  • Load/Unload vehicles.
  • Put away stock in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Unload containers without the aid of MHE i.e., Handball.
  • Quality check stock picked for orders.
  • Assist the stock control team.
  • Work in line with FIFO.
  • Operate all MHE safely.
  • Keep on top of housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Carry out any other reasonable request from the management team.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Picking accuracy.
  • Meeting customer expectations and specifications.
  • Reduce delivery discrepancies.
  • Stock Accuracy.

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrated experience of:

  • Hands on experience
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Current Counterbalance & Reach certificate - Essential
  • Previous Experience in as a Warehouse Operative - Essential.
