As a Nights Warehouse Coordinator you’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food (replace M&S food with products if primary)

Our operation in Chesterfield are looking for candidates who can commit to a 40.25 hours per week, 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am.

What will you do & what will you need

As a Warehouse Coordinator , you will act as an advocate of the Gist culture, values, and safety standards. Your role will be to support the Warehouse Shift Managers with the smooth functioning of the Warehouse operation, ranging from picking, intake, out loading, and value-added operations. You are responsible for executing the essential tasks to ensure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations on a daily basis. You’ll be task focused and inspiring to your team by demonstrating what success looks like.

Ideally, you will have a team player attitude, be able to recognise and lend a hand where necessary, have a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and good relationship building skills.

Gist Chesterfield is the newest of our Temperature Controlled Logistics sites and opened in January 2018. The site was purpose-built to support business growth and increase the scope of current Gist operations in The North-East and Midland
