We are currently recruiting for a part time Warehouse Assistant/occasional Driver in Plymouth - We are looking for someone to join the team who thinks outside the box, who enjoys a challenge and is passionate about customer service and making a difference. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have experience in a customer facing role and confident in their ability to provide an incredible customer experience, using their initiative and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Core hours will be 0800-1600 on the first working day of the week (Mondays usually, or the day after a Bank Holiday), 0900-1300 Tuesday-Friday. We expect that much overtime will be available from mid-October through mid-December, with the ideal candidate being able to cover additional hours during that time. Hourly rate £11.50

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of your own Health and Safety including wearing correct PPE at

all times in the Fulfilment Centre.

2. Cover collections runs and same day jobs where required.

3. Job allocation and checking of Overnight and Sameday services

4. Ensure all vehicles are in a clean and good order.

5. Checking driver sheet filing: pods, complete and filed

6. Returns process; completing stock and system movements and informing clients

7. Stock location, storing accurately and replenished when required

8. Responsible for ensuring procedures are followed as per the book of diamond and

any internal procedures are updated accordingly.

9. Goods in Procedure

10. Daily, Weekly, Monthly tasks being completed

11. Ensure the Fulfilment Centre is customer ready at all times and shoppable as per

locations and Prosku

12. Live and breathe the client experience and ensure all steps are followed, with

emphasis on client on-boarding.

13. Clients on-boarded on to systems and trained to complete necessary tasks

14. Ensure escalation procedure is followed as required.

15. Keep clients in the know with any queries or concerns raised and the resolution

16. Assist in booking on sameday/overnight/international deliveries, using the correct

system and ensuring that the client is quoted correctly via phone and email.

17. Use all software provided to complete your job, including but not limited to

Hubspot, Prosku, despatchlab and Book of Diamond.

18. Update the Carriers of any new and relevant Operational information
