Do you have experience as a Warehouse Operative whilst ordering and controlling stock levels?


My client is looking for a Warehouse Administratorto join their well-established organisation. If you have previous experience carrying out administrative tasks within a warehouse along with general warehouse operative duties, then this could be the role for you.


Duties include:

  • Ordering stock to ensure stock levels remain at an optimum level and arrives in time for production.
  • Booking inandcoordinating deliveries.
  • Moving stock around the warehouse.
  • Dealing with anystock discrepancies and resolving stock issues.
  • Liaising with internal and external warehouse staff.
  • Carrying out monthly stock takes.
  • General warehouse duties.
  • Operating forklifts.
  • Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Experience in a warehouse role carrying out administrative tasksandstock control.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within FMCG.
  • Counterbalance and Reach truck licences are desirable – in-house licences accepted.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
