We are seeking a caring individual, who values progressive and person-centred support to join our welcoming supported living team in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. We require someone who can enable our service users to develop their independence, gain new experiences and maintain good mental health and personal wellbeing.

You will support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives, both within their accommodation and out and about in their community. Where needed you will provide, support with medication and engage with lone working as well as working as part of a team. The service is a new build property with 14 individual flats working in partnership with the housing association to provide bespoke support to service users who have a mental health diagnosis. There is also a communal lounge and kitchen and a landscaped garden with onsite parking.

This is an interesting opportunity to work in a diverse environment, where you can go home every day knowing that you have helped people to achieve their goals.
