Overview:


A variety of waiting staff opportunities available within our Lounge Bar, Conference Banqueting and Restaurant focusing on delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities may include:


  • Ensure that the Lounge Bar areas are correctly prepared for service - including afternoon tea.
  • To serve all beverages to the required standards, and to ensure such service is friendly and efficient.
  • To be aware of all the duties relating to the role of bar person refer to the function details and ensure that such duties are carried out to the required standards.
  • To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
  • Lay up tables for Restaurant as directed.
  • To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
  • Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
  • To ensure all coffee and tea breaks are served promptly at the agreed times.
  • To present and serve food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • To have a good knowledge of daily menus and available beverages
