We are looking to recruit a part-time front of house Team Member / Barista to join our team at Love All Food Ferndown. You must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts that will include Weekends and daytime shifts.

Previous experience & Barista training is essential however training will be given. Have an outgoing personality and love working in a guest facing role.

The role:

  • As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every Guest has a superb experience when visiting Love All Food and leaves wanting to return again and again.
  • Have Barista Training.
  • Be able to serve tables correctly by following the Love All Food service cycle.
  • Team Member responsibilities: Warm, friendly and engaging while serving Guests.
  • Able to think on their feet and use their initiative.
  • Able to cope under pressure.
  • Demonstrates multi-tasking with ease.
  • Able to work as part of team.
  • Provide outstanding guest service and be able to anticipate Guests’ needs and expectations.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate excellent food preparation skills.
  • Provide quality beverages to all Guests according to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and environment – full training for this is mandatory.
