This role is to support the smooth running of the IT suite at Westfield Farm. The Farm is a one stop shop that provides the kind of high quality advice, guidance, training and support that helps people get back into work. We are looking for people who can provide valuable help by sharing their skills, experience and time with Westfield Farm customers to help them prepare for work by supporting them to navigate recruitment processes and job searches. The support jobseekers require will vary. Your daily tasks will include: Providing a warm welcome to all visitors Dealing with the public in a friendly, supportive and helpful manner. Providing service users with refreshments while using IT suite Supporting the Westfield Farm coordinator as directed and required Assisting with access to computer Keeping areas tidy Assisting to complete online job applications Assisting to complete job searches Assisting with CV’s using resources provided Signposting other services

Good communication skills Confident at working with different people A working understanding of email, internet, formatting documents and social media Be able to explain processes to a mixed ability of IT users Reliable and trustworthy

Out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed Minimum level of commitment for this role is 4 hours per week (10am - 2pm Mon - Fri)
