ApplyAsk a questionSave opportunityWe are a national voluntary not-for-profit social enterprise, offering support, education and companionship during the childbearing year to those in disadvantaged circumstances.What will you be doing?
  • Review the website (Wix) and use your design experience to suggest ways to develop and update the current content
  • Use your SEO and analytics knowledge so that we can increase traffic to our website
  • Support and work with the rest of the team to turn their content ideas into engaging and optimized web content
  • Work with the rest of the team to identify opportunities for web content such as external events or current trends
  • Continually analyse and optimize digital content to meet the needs of our users, identifying opportunities for improvement and under performing content
What are we looking for?
  • A strong commitment to bringing awareness to those experiencing hardship and disadvantage during the childbearing years
  • The ability to create content with the right voice, ensuring brand awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills - you will be well supported by the core team but will have full responsibility and independence in your role
  • Ability to manage all your projects from the initial idea all the way through to implementation
  • Strong written communication skills - using your copywriting and storytelling expertise to create engaging and compelling content
  • Sensitive to the power of language - you will be comfortable writing about topics including trauma, violence, abuse etc sensitively and compassionately
  • Highly motivated to work independently, happy with change and comfortable to work collaboratively (we hold weekly Zoom meetings where all ideas are discussed as a team - a willingness to contribute and share your ideas is essential)
  • Motivated by working for an organisation which has social values as its priority
