To provide support and expertise in the implementation and use of Sharepoint. As an organisation, we are in the process of moving to Sharepoint with the support of a consultant on a fixed term contract. When the migration is complete, we will need ongoing support to maintain and develop our use of Sharepoint as staff become more familiar with it. Tasks may vary according to the skillset that you have to offer, but may include:
  • Working with the ICT Lead to understand how Sharepoint has been implemented across the organisation
  • Helping to maximise the benefits of Sharepoint to the organisation
  • Supporting the organisation following the initial implementation and rollout
  • Identifying further opportunities for developing our use of Sharepoint
We are looking for someone with any or all of the following skills:
  • Experience of using Sharepoint extensively
  • Experience of implementing Sharepoint
  • Experience of training Sharepoint
  • Experience in developing Forms within Sharepoint
  • Technical experience of developing Forms and other features within Sharepoint would be an advantage.
Own care will be required for occasional visits to regional to office bases and reasonable mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
