Volunteer at Citizens Advice Enfield as part of our friendly IT team. Join us to be instrumental in our aim to maintain upgrade our IT systems to support our team

What will you be doing?
  • Maintaining computers
  • upgrading to windows 10 and office 365
  • Trouble shooting common IT problems computers printers.
  • some knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server
  • supporting our advisory teams.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with good IT knowledge and experience who is friendly, patient and happy to share their IT knowledge with members of our advisory team. The new volunteer will be joining a team of IT support volunteers who provide cover over the working week.

Ideally would like someone available to volunteer 2 days a week.

What difference will you make?

You will be joining a small team of IT support volunteers who are working hard to upgrade our laptops and desktops to office 365.

We are a busy Citizens Advice office with our advisory team needing support daily. IT volunteer will be a very welcome addition to the team to continue the upgrading of our systems to benefit clients from our local community.
