In our 3-2-1 shop, customers love to browse our shelves and rails for fabulous bargains. To keep up with demand we need to put a lot of items out on the shop floor. Our team works well to sort the stock and to provide friendly customer service to our donors and shoppers. As a volunteer you could be front of house welcoming and serving customers, keeping the shop floor tidy and fresh, or organising stock behind the scenes.

If you are 17 + you could support our shops to give customers the best possible experience in-store, keep the shop stocked and tidy and help us to sort donations - an all-rounder! You will be supported by our lovely shop team to be involved in things like: - Sorting clothes, spotting premium items, tagging, stickering and hanging items - Keeping the shop floor neat and tidy - Restocking the shop, accepting donations, and talking to customers - Creating displays and merchandising - Serving customers on the till (if you’re happy to) We’ll need you to: - be friendly and willing to help - have good common sense - use your own initiative and work as part of a team to help out

In-house training is provided. Ask in store about short courses and NVQ qualifications, available in parts of England. Out of pocket travel expenses for shifts of four hours or more may be agreed with the Manager.
