Westfield Farm Garden volunteers will help maintain the front and rear grounds of the farm to ensure it looks presentable and tidy for the community and visitors. Activities you will be involved in include: Planting, nurturing and maintaining flowers, fruit and vegetables, sometimes from seeds Creating hanging baskets Weeding of flower beds and planters Everyday tiding of areas Sometimes working in a group on the upkeep Composting Watering of the garden during summer months Cleaning of equipment after use Attend induction and training sessions

Skills

required or you are able to gain: Knowledge of gardening Team Work Planning & organising Practical

Out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed Minimum commitment for this role is 1 week
