We are looking to recruit an experienced Voids/ Responsive Project Manager to join us to take the lead, working with Directors and other team members on all aspects, including the implementation and delivery of all operational repairs contracts.

Key responsibilities for this Voids/ Responsive Project Manager role are:

Taking the lead, working with Contract Managers/ Directors and other team members on all aspects of delivery

Implementation and completion and signoff of all operational projects

Managing Supervisors and Operatives/ Sub Contractors

Site setup and support with estimating ensuring accurate input of construction plans and master programmes in line with Health & Safety

Align Labour resources and materials to the planned immediate needs of the projects

Assisting the Leadership and Regional Operational Teams in managing site staff

Key point of contact with regional teams, clients, and finance for budgets within the project

Experience and Qualifications:

Project management experience. Social housing background (desirable). Valid site-based qualification (SMSTS or equivalent). Project management experience within day to day responsive repairs (desirable).
