About The Role

To support the Voids Surveyor in managing the maintenance and repair voids properties. To work the DLO and sub-contractors to ensure repairs are completed against the agreed standard delivered within target times to maximise used of stock and rental income for the organisation.

Your Key Accountabilities Will Be
  • Issue works to contractors and the DLO, including all administrative tasks
  • Ensure all compliance certificates are authorised and prepared in advance
  • Resolve issues with gas & electric meters to ensure voids are returned within target
  • Responsible for compiling the ‘void pack’ ready for handover to Housing Management
About you

You Will Be
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Work & Excel)
  • Able to effectively prioritise a varied workload
  • Experienced in raising, planning and overseeing works
  • Able to work within a team and on own initiative to meet department targets
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
The successful applicant will require a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate which is considered satisfactory to Housing Solutions.
