MISSIONS

Digital Analytics (UK, Germany)

  • Assist with delivery of the Digital Analytics roadmap by supporting research projects with social listening and search insights
  • Build keyword lists, queries, dashboards and manage data quality (data cleaning, sentiment training, etc)
  • Analyse social conversation and pull out clear, actionable insights for teams
  • Deliver visually compelling, easy to understand reports based on synthesis of social, search and secondary research data
  • Take over the execution of the UK Monthly Trends report

BHT Support (UK, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Switzerland):

  • Manage update process for each new BHT wave (collecting feedback from teams, gathering assets for BHT modules)
  • Create and maintain BHT Ad Module Database (starting with the UK and expanding to Germany & Portugal – to provide more specific benchmarks for Ad Module analysis)
  • Analysis of ad module results for each market and preparation of brief summary and recommendations for teams
  • Topline analysis of BHT results for priority markets as waves come in throughout the year

Agile & Ad Hoc Research Support (Primary: Portugal, Spain, Switzerland; Secondary: UK, Germany)

  • Coordination tasks related to Agile and Ad Hoc research, including Shopper Safaris/Customer Connect (PO setup, meeting setup, feedback, timeline management)

PROFILE

  • Extremely well organised and adept at managing multiple deadlines and timelines
  • Passion for data and analytics
  • Business proficiency – basic understanding of marketing and sales principles as well as FMCG organisations
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven track record for ability to learn new technology or analytics platforms quickly
  • Experience or familiarity with social analytics and/or social listening – and a strong desire to further develop this skillset
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – someone who is eager to try new things and bring new ideas
  • Fluency in English is required – proficiency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese a MAJOR plus
  • Interest in consumer insights and keeping a pulse on cultural trends a MAJOR plus
