bunkered has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Video Content Producer to join our editorial team here at DC Thomson, based in Glasgow City Centre.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, talented and motivated videographer to join our editorial team to work across our entire digital platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DC Thomson, publishers of bunkered – the biggest-selling golf magazine in Scotland for the last 25 years – is looking for a passionate, ambitious videographer to join its golf team. You will manage the increasing demands for original content to enhance our existing editorial content, driving audience engagement and channel growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in producing, shooting and editing video for digital, and optimising for multiple platforms. Experience of working on website CMS would be beneficial. Strong golf knowledge is highly beneficial as is a passion for sport and entertainment generally.

YOU MUST

• Be experienced in producing video content
• Be capable of producing a variety of content formats
• Be self starting and creative in identifying content opportunities
• Be knowledgeable of content sources for editing and publishing purposes
• Be prolific in producing high volumes of short form content for social media
• Be able to use photoshop to edit templates and basic creation of thumbnails
• Have a passion for golf and knowledgeable of sport in general

YOU WILL

• Have experience in video content production
• Excellent editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Mid-Level Photoshop skills and basic After Effects skills
• Knowledge of social media management and best practice ina commercial environment
• Basic knowledge of website CMS
• Have a driving licence and own a car
