The RoleWe have a great opportunity for a full time Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team in our Rocester practice in Staffordshire.The ideal candidate will have experience of small animal practice experience and is confident working sole charge. You must have a client-orientated approach and excellent communication skills, work to a high standard both medically and surgically and have drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.Would consider an applicant who is looking for part time hours.We are looking for an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, ability to work-up cases to a high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. This role requires a motivated vet to work confidently in a leadership position with the ability to look after and develop the team.This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.Salary & Benefits- Salary package up to £70,000 dependent on experience and includes:
- Medivet vehicle or allowance
- £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
