We are looking for a full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Albavet, Rogers, Brock & Barker

Our Reception teams greet clients, take calls, handle financial transactions and assist in the day to day running of the veterinary practice.

You must be resourceful, perceptive and proactive. Experience of working within a veterinary practice is preferred. The successful candidate will be efficient, an extremely good communicator, a team player and not overwhelmed by a busy and demanding reception desk.

We are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy and experience to provide the high standards of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients.

In this position you will be working 40 hours per week. Working from as early as 8.30am to as late as 7.00pm. 2:4 Sundays from 8.30am – 2.30pm.

Details of the full rota will be discussed at the interview. There will be a requirement to support a 5 Albavet practices.


You will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Basic computer literacy
